We are bummed if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received.

What is your return policy?

How long do I have to make a return?

We gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

How can I return items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

What if I receive an item not as described?

We apologize if you receive a misrepresented item. AYIDA will cover the cost of return shipping and will offer either a replace item, store credit or a full refund back to the original payment method; within 10 days of receipt. 

Reach out to us at [email protected] with photos within 7 days of the delivered date. 

Why was my item cancelled and refunded?

When an item is cancelled, it might be because we run out of stock. One of our representatives will reach out with an exchange option otherwise the amount will be refunded within 3 working days.

Why is my refund amount incorrect?

All payments are processed by a third-party payment platform. Hence, you can only be refunded you initial amount less the processing fee if you are cleared for a monetary refund instead of store credit.

Can I get a full refund for a return?

AYIDA will exchange or issue credit note for fully priced items returned in original condition within 10 days of receipt. 

Can I exchange the item I received for a different size?

Yes, however, the customer covers the cost of return and not the cost of the shipping of the replacement item. Item(s) must however be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

Within 10 days from the date of receipt. If an item shipping notification is received after the 10 days has passed, you’ll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Items must be:

  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE?
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale /Clearance items 

We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you, or you’ll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

HOW SOON WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, the request will be processed within 1 – 3 business days after approval.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has started processing. To make sure you receive your order in time, we will start processing the orders as soon as we receive it , this means once your order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it.
